I am Chuck Banfe the President of ReverseMortgageOne, Inc. I retired as a Special Agent from the US Treasury Department in Hawaii in 2001. Since then I have been involved in marketing reverse mortgages and have done over 400 of them.

Like most reverse mortgage companies we get some very nice letters from happy borrowers.  Several of our customers have said that we could use them and their emails as a reference and can provide their name, phone number and email address to any prospective customer who was thinking about getting a reverse mortgage but wanted to talk to someone who actually had one.  The follow e-mails are from two such customers.  If you would like to email or call them please let me know and I will provide their numbers or email address.  I would just like to call them first to let them know to except a call or email from you.  The last one is one of my favorite letters.  It is from a Pastor in Los Angeles.  He was so happy with his reverse mortgage and perhaps our service he sent me a bible with my name inscribed on it.

It is almost fun to pay bills these days! We always have money left in the checking account at the end of the month, because our house and car payments were paid off by cash from the reverse mortgage!! We were able to send money to all our children and grandchildren for Christmas, and we didn't have to dig into a savings account or even the reverse mortgage to do so, simply because we have no large monthly payments for anything!! We also have a new confidence in the future. It is such a sense of freedom.

With the extra cash in the bank, we have landscaped our yard, added a fence, and installed a new fireplace... all from our checking account "leftovers."

I want the whole world to know what a great businessman Chuck Banfe is, getting my family a reverse mortgage. He came to our home just once in 2005, representing Seattle Mortgage. At that time, my health insurance (not including my husband) was $1,000 a month, and the mortgage was also $1,000. I'm a retired teacher and an invalid. My husband is a piano teacher. We had very little coming in. The day Chuck visited us, our lives changed forever.

Chuck Banfe really worked hard for us. As it happens, our home is zoned both residential and commercial. If it weren't for Chuck's persuasive charms and good business sense, we might have been turned down because of this strange zoning. Hurrah for Chuck, and Seattle Mortgage! We are now out of debt, and only have large hospital bills to contend with.
